Best route to invest 10k over 2yrs?
Hello,
I am starting university in approximately 1 week and I currently own ~$20k save up ($10k from working and $10k from an educations reserves fund). I am looking to invest $10k of this for approx 2 years. $10k should be satisfactory to seize me through the first two years of university as I hold be given a award covering most of the tuition costs and I will be living at home during this time minus rent. Also I will probably formulate over $3k during my summer time off between the first and second year so money putting away $10k is a astute choice imo. I would be thoroughly appreciative of your opinion on how I should invest this.
Thank you,
Matt.

Invest in Exchange Traded Funds :ETFs are cheaper than mutual funds. ETFs hold amazingly low annual expenses, nearly 20 font points or 0.2% smaller quantity. As against this, actively manage mutual funds show average expenses exceeding 135 reason points (1.35%). This does not include the extra 2% - 5% as loads, 12(b)-1 marketing fees, transactions costs, and soft dollar expenses mutual funds, passed on to you but never informed, except in incredibly fine print that nobody care to read.
