How can I know when a company will switch on trading and how much the price per share will be?
For example, VMWare begin trading on Tuesday at $29 per share, but that be made public give or take a few two days since the IPO. I read an article dated 8/13 that mentioned this, and they open on 8/14.
How can I find that type of information for other companies?
