Can you leverage bonds?

I'm wondering how I can borrow against bonds? surely for a AAA bond I could borrow a wearing clothes amount of the facade pro at low interest?

You bet. Check near your broker. I surmise AAA bonds hold out close to 90% leverage.
well bonds in my evaluation are leveraged products that corporations vend. if you want to leverage bonds its going to be a terrifically risky business- check out what happen to those subprime holders and youll grasp a glimpse as what can come to pass. yes bonds can be leveraged surrounded by my inference as have mutual funds buying abundant bonds.
I do, I leverage TIPS. which are inflation protected policy bonds.

I buy them through an ETF..the symbol is TIP. It pays a dividend every first of the month. Buy it!
