I stipulation an invester?

i call for an invester to buy my home.my children only just become disabled and i am incompetent to work anymore.so that leaves me to put up for sale my home and since the bazaar is so fruitless i am haveing a knotty time selling next to my realtor.does anyone know of investers that are of a mind to buy homes at this point in time?i am tangible neg on this and will work near anyone.home is one offered all right below flea market price.gratefulness for your comfort surrounded by mortgage.

feeling like to deal in it for no money down or
volunteer it as a lease-option.
