Will the euro or chiense yuan become intercontinental reserve currencies within time?

The euro have a better shot of anyone a reserve currency. Some of the countries within the Middle East use it presently as the currency they want to be remunerated within for grease. The Yuan doesn't own that kindly of power.
Also another sense why the Yuan won't become a reserve currency is that they hold too frequent US dollars. If the US dollar lost it's reserve currency status, the Yuan would lose a ton of efficacy as because they hold so much within US dollars (treasuries).
