i want something low risk that pays around 10 percent

the vanguard sp 500 is yoiur best bet...it follows the flea market pretty closely and pays almost 2% within twelve-monthly dividends

You are asking for something that does not exist. No risk funds are not around. Every investment carry some amount of risk.

If you want no risk (or vastly little risk) next buy US policy bonds or resume. Also for something that is to say not detrimental and pays 10% or so does bot exist,

As far as Mutual funds are concerned consider fund from Vanguars or Fidelity. The 500 Index Fund from Vanguard replicates fragment of the stock open market and is exceedingly powerfully agreed.
