My impress is that they are a scam. They are not registered surrounded by Switzerland. The Swiss embassy say it is conspicuous that this company uses the permanent status "Swiss" contained by an unlawful and fraudulent path to attract customers. The Securities Commission of Malaysia say they are operating illicitly within Malaysia. No one can honestly extend rates that large. Use your adjectives sense. They are a scam.
