Some companies proposition organization purchases of stocks at discounted prices, but you usaully own to use a stock broker, or agency approaching scottstrade,tdamericatrade, e-trade or some other ageny to purchase stocks.
Also you can use a 401 k plan that has stocks contained by it, or mutal funds.
You can however buy goverment bonds through your local wall.
