Home builders and purchase programs?
I only not long started doing business near a builder that offered me an incredible traffic on home purchases. However the loaction of these properties are within another state which make it inconvenient. Does anybody know any builders in illinois who are offering special programs for investor that can yeild fast profits?

If you are newly functioning as an investor, the location of the properties shouldn't interfere beside your capacity to turn a snatched profit. Most builders are not offering heaps incentives given the current mortgage marketplace and I haven't see any contained by Illinois that are doing so. You may want to consider other states that are experiencing a "growth" so to speak, in construction.
