Is here anywhere online where I can trade stocks for a unbelievably small levy?

I don't own any experience and Im going to start out near a low investment of probably $500. Is in attendance a place where on earth I can still profit beside the right trades instead of paying elevated comission fees and such? Is in that a place that does not even require a minimum amount? Thanks
