How do I ensure that a company have plenty currency on foot for buybacks in a minute and later short borrowing?
Answers:
Look at their set off sheets and dosh flow statements. Also read up on the company contained by common and what they plan to do.
If a company is profitable and have no other use for their dosh such as purchasing other companies, buying spanking new equipment, paying dividends to their shareholders, etc. they could use the currency for a share buy stern. I would not invest in a company that borrows to buyback shares.
