I work with an independant producer in Arizona below his contracts with insurers and recieve 100% of the comissions for all the business i write. I own a P&C lisence what kind of situation am i exactly in by working beneath his contracts but reciveing full comission checks?

Any rights you have next to this independent, are spelled out in your contract with him. If you're using his contracts, consequently HE has all rights to your business and commissions - and any agreement near him is between you and him. NO one here can tell you what your "rights" are, as we haven't seen your contract.
