Does Ups have a good strength insurance plan for part time package handler?

Answers:    UPS P/T handlers only start out at $8.50/hour. But considering the benefits that you DONT compensate for it works out to the same thing as a $16-$18/hour assignment with no benefits! I know you need money, but those benefits are pretty damn bloody and important if you go to the dentist or develop any strength problems, have a kid, prescriptions..you get it. With hours that are 4AM-9AM or 5PM-10PM, there's other room for a second part time job. That's what I did. I worked the 4-9 morning shift at UPS for 3.5 years and be up to $15.00/hour. Then worked a second job from 10AM-2PM that paid me $9.50/hour beside no benefits. It worked out really well for me. Now I'm a driver at UPS and love it. If you start part-time and step full time, you will definitely have a better considerate of the job out on the road. If you are attending college, UPS will reward a certain amount per year for tuition. Its called "earn and learn", powerfully worth it. Only problem is that most people end up staying at UPS as a driver because of the profession security, benefits, pension, 401K, and foot are higher or better than the job their level is in. Many drivers have degree in other areas of work!

Dude believe twice about being a segment time package handler. It is very difficult and does not payment well either. If you do work for UPS, after be prepared to have extreme back distress and fatigue.
