To insurance claims adjusters...?
Do you have to go through some class of training on how to be the biggest, meanest, nastiest, most unpleasent, rudest person on the face of the floor ?
I work in insurance myself and have have to deal with one personaly (NAF accident) so I enjoy had pretty many times where on earth I have to deal beside you,and you guys and gals are just nasty ! At tiniest that has been my experience,EVERYTIME!
So whats up beside that ? Is that a job requirement? Or is this just a unconscious ability you are hired in for have ?!
I know how it is dealing with insurance,I know the lies and and the deceit that go along with the job,but guess what,I don't treat customers resembling you do. There are other ways people !!
Answers: My mean, repulsive, unpleasant, and rudeness training was only a partly day course so it didn't sink in adjectives the way.
But seriously.Have you ever thought maybe it's not the adjusters.?.?.?. MAYBE IT'S YOU!! I bet every adjuster hang up the phone after talking with you and say, "Her customers must hate having to operate with her!!"
In my experience, claims adjusters sour very at the double. They only EVER deal next to unhappy people, at most minuscule half the claims are fraudulent (exaggerated, at least), people recline to them hourly, and are very abusive, within general, to the claims adjusters.
They have the topmost burnout rate in the insurance industry.
Personally, you couldn't pay me satisfactory to do claims.
Take the sweetest, nicest person in the entire world, and inside a month, you've created a major cynic that won't believe a word out of your mouth. I guess getting threatened all the time have something to do with it . .
I think this really depends entirely on the company and culture that are in these roles. I work with Nationwide Insurance and every claim adjuster that I own met is very personable and pleasant. As a matter of reality, once I got to know several of the adjusters I decided that I should switch to Nationwide myself.
Everyone's individual experiences are going to swing and even a nice person sometimes has bleak days. The ignorant attitude of your question speaks for itself.
