Answers: Yes, there always room for advancement surrounded by corporate america... The pay CAN be good. Depends on which company you're looking into. If its one of the top companies within the country, you're probably safe. BCBS (anthem,Unicare,etc.), United HealthCare, Aetna, Cigna... Or a medicare intermediary. You have to be capable of meet really strict production based standards. Most of the bigger companies put their fresh hires through very intensive training programs.
