Career Advice/Insurance Industry..Help.?

I'm a fairly recent college graduate with a BS within Management. I have started working for AFLAC a few months ago and it's OK but not where I want to be eventually. Can someone bestow me advice who has industry experience as where on earth to go in the insurance business. IE... Companies, Lucrative profession path and that sort of thing. I don't own any family in insurance so I can't ask them and I'm somewhat contained by the dark... I'm kind of looking for a time row with guidance. Thank you my mentor...

Answers:    New York Life is widely considered to have the best raining within the business. Would check with them and the other large carrier with offices contained by your area. The sales inspector that hires you can play a big part in your nouns, is he skilled and willing to work with and mentor you?

You can also seize you skills with Aflac and go independent, Allstate have a workplace division that is pretty big in the Aflac type products. They are sold through independent brokers and Allstate agents. If you are interested surrounded by that route you can even work with Allstate agents in your nouns but you would still be independent.

But with that said if you don't have the skills you will not close massively many sales. I found these terribly helpful:

OK, the MOST lucrative thing, is sales - owning your own agency. But that's not a "art path" thing - career route thing is working for a company, getting into management. But you don't clear the same money - the big bucks is in sale.

So you have to choose - title, or money? If you want the money, you'll have to procure licensed in P&C as well, and be in motion work for an agency to build up your book, then start your own agency.
