I am not infallible if they can reverse the transaction chiefly if you no longer enjoy a direct debit set up beside them, but they can undeniably emergency the money backbone surrounded by writing should they realise their error... should you yearning to evenutally remuneration it put money on will depend upon whether they threaten to pinch you to court I guess.
no they cant, however , you already know what the correct point to do is.
just hold on to a hold of it, but don't spend it grant them a while to realise and except WOOHOOOO!! a nice big christmas bonus.
If you remunerated out of your details they can. But not if you only just wrote a monthly check or compensated change.
Once specified you can contest it but if you owe it rear you don't own a leg to stand on. Plus if it make your side short both the mound and insurer can charge a cost because it's considered matching as writing a impossible check.
When you sign those agreements for automatic renunciation and/or deposit it clearly states that on the contract. But usually if it's already cleared the guard they'll usually bestow you a courtesy write down of intent. But they don't hold to.
