My property has no current problems beside subsidence, landslip or heave but does own a longstanding history of this as stated in the house report.
I own cancelled my current insurers,Swinton as i have have a lot of problems next to them that have cost me extra money lying on my premium,unfortunately presently i have to renew my insurance like mad of the sites i am visiting will not quote because of the problems surrounded by the past next to subsidence etc.
