I deduce it depends on the state you live surrounded by. I'm within California and own Kaiser through my work. I'm also covered by my father's insurance, which manner I'm double covered. I only just found out that my insurance covers infertility 100%. I would look into that. Good luck!
I don't believe that within is an individual product that would cover infertility. In CT, we enjoy a State Mandate for fully-insured group products to cover it, but it does not extend to individual products.
From an insurance standpoint, I don't deem it would brand a large amount of financial sense. You would sign up and settle your monthly premium. You would next elect to receive infertility treatment and want the insurance company to income for it. It is not considered medically essential and you could elect to do it at any time. They could not afford that if several hundred, or thousand women elected to travel through treatment, given the premiums that are charged. Further, after they would own to reward for the childbirth. It's resembling asking them to return with you pregnant so they can pay cheque for it.
