Is it state ruling surrounded by Oregon that you must take strength insurance.?
I work in NC for a company to be exact base out of Portland, Oregon and I be told that I be required to fetch here outrageous strength insurance plan due to state decree. Does anyone know if this is true and if so does it apply if you reside and work within NC?

OK, if you live and work contained by NC, you're subject to NC law, not Oregon law.
The ONLY state that requires vigour insurance is Massachusetts. Your employer cannot require you to be on their group strength insurance, unless they are picking up the full cost.
