Can I sue my insurance company for flood insurance?
We only just have a flood surrounded by our full underground room. There be 3 inches of river covering the entire floor. The function be our sub pump died and we have massive rainfall. We contacted our insurance company and they said that our policy have a $500 deductible and a $5000 put a ceiling on for claims. The problem is that everything that be worn out would cost more than $5000 to replace. Can we sue the insurance company for the difference?
