I'm on TDD( temp disability) thru workmans comp. my employer a moment ago call unfolding me i hold to rate my medical insurance thats due.

If you own medical insurance through your employer, you may obligation to pay cheque for it to preserve it current. What you receive for workman's compensation is not remunerated out of your robustness insurance. These are separate entities and, after a guaranteed time on disability, your employer is no longer responsible for paying your condition insurance.
Of course you hold to reward them! If you don't, who will? The premiums are still your responsibility, even though you're rotten work.
