Is this fraud?

can someone report me to verizon for fraud for selling a replacement phone eventhough i be suppose to return it after i own found it?

Yes. If you collected lower than insurance for it, consequently found it, and didn't turn it surrounded by, that's fraud.
you're not obligated to return anything you find. unless you can be proven you purposely stole it and refuse to cooperate beside authorities or the company, you're ok. If you market it, you better trust the soul doesn't guardianship and doesn't rat you out (and otherwise flop they found it themselves).
if it have a sim card verizon will never know but if you enjoy to telephone contained by the esn # on the phone the company will not spark off it because it be reported on an insurance claim
