change my strength plans to HSA ( large stash account) of Golden Rule insurance company on Jan.31,2007 and dissolve my prior plans beside Oxford sometime on Feb. 2007. Oxford still requirements me to settle up the premium of Feb. I refuse. Oxford very soon are lawsuiting me. Shall i reward them?
