What happen if i move out of the country and do not compensate my credit card bad?
Answers: nothing will happen. it will crinkle your credit rating for 7 years and that is all. near is no way that you will be sued while living abroad.
You will catch sent to collections, and possibly have negative affects if you ever try to move backbone to America. You will have a bad credit rating, and they can trimmings your wages (but probably will not do so) in America, but the cannot do so abroad. If you are gone for 7 years (look into amount of years within your state) then your bad credit will expire and the credit companies will own no recourse for collections. So, good luck, and happy Moving! Then you're running away from your problems.
One morning when they catch you (and they will catch you), you will later owe tons of interest.
If you're having trouble with it, budge to your bank/credit union and try to get them to run the debt as a loan. They will have much better interest rates and a payment plan that will suit your desires.
Or if it's really bad, go in receivership. But don't run away. And don't get another card.
well you will enjoy bad credit for pretty much the rest of your life. But if you stay out of the country for at lowest possible 7+ years, then your credit accounts will be charged off. This is not a dutiful thing! But it will be illegal for them to collect 7 years after a charg bad is placed.
The best thing to do is, pay your bills, and remember specifically what you agreeded to do. It would definitely damage your credit, probably your skilfulness to open new cards contained by the US. I also know companies can sue you.
I don't really know what the consequences are abroad, however. Visa, for example, is a global company, so it would follow you regardless...
I also reflect on
You will probably be ok. You would have to pay it if you come pay for. When you cross borders legally, they ask you how much money you have, and what your plans are contained by their country, and so forth. Maybe you should cross borders illegaly if you have no money. I tried the whole refugee piece, and nobody in the whole world is accepting american refugee right now. Maybe if we had gone rotten 10 years ago, we'd be ok now, but I kinda think we're stuck here. Good Luck.
oh and worthy night You will be in trouble if you you move rear legs to the states. You never know what might happen, things might not go according to plan and you may own to come back even briefly. You don't want creditors filing liens or turning you over to collection agencies.
Many race have done it. For example My aunts son. If you have no property surrounded by USA- You have nothing to lose. The worst item they can do is to damage your credit. You will NOT go to incarcerate for owning somebody money.
Try to file bankruptcy up to that time you leave the country. if you're not planning to return then you'll capture away with it just as long as you're never going to use a credit card again or agreement with U.S. banks again.
At impossible to tell apart time; all those things you own will get repoed.
it will walk to collections, if it's for a high amount they will sue you. you wont show up cos you are out of the country... ultimately it will show on your credit.. You will be released of all credit debt and foreign bank will give 200$ for being such a impossible ***.
