Please relieve, I call for financial support!!?

Ok, my husband and I bought this 2007 jeep compass about one year ago and with a child on the way have approved its not what we want. We found out that a brand new Jeep 08 model is only similar to 15 to $16,000 and we owe 19,000 on a used one with 36,000 miles on it! I have be screwed and I don't think there is anything I can do is in attendance?

Answers:    Nope not legally. Always do your homework before buying a vehicle. Most credible the new Jeep is being offered as a promotion and that's why it's so much cheaper.

What you can do is put up for sale your current Jeep and then take the currency and buy the one you want. You're going to take a loss whether you keep the current Jeep or not since you where on earth ripped off on the price. Put an ad contained by your local paper, craigslist, MySpace, Facebook, eBay etc.

I just saw "I come within Peace" answer. He is partially correct. You can buy a new coup¨¦ every year as long as you're not in the negative when you do it. For example, you upgrade and enjoy just a few thousand to tack on or break even. Good Luck!
You might try going to the dealership and asking them how it is you can owe that much more than the vehicle is worth in the first place. There are ususally consumer TV or radio shows or daily comumnists that will take up preposterous rip-offs like this one and sort the scam public if the business does not do something fair to help you. But I don't own all the info - for example, how much was the purchase price on your jeep - be it really way above market? Need to do adjectives the research and get your facts together - but if the dealer be really ripping you off, then you should clear a lot of noise. Make better decision in the future. You want to stick with your financial commitments even if it means that you will ultimately shutting down up upside down in the loan. Jumping from car to coup¨¦ every year is an easy road on the way to financial ruin, it shows creditors that you are not likely to see your commitments through. Be sure that the next car that you win is actually one you can live with for at lowest possible 5 years. Make sure to take your time when making large financial decision, don't be impulsive.
As to pursuing something with the dealership you bought your motor from, no. You signed the papers and agreed to the price.

However, have you compared what options your saloon has to what the ones going for 15-16k are? If your model has plentifully of options whereas the others don't it makes a big difference. Also, it's getting close to that time of year dealerships start mark down to make room for the '09's
Since setting the car fiery and calling your insurance company is a crime, there is probably not much you can do.

I would suggest living with the vehicle for a couple more years.

Have you taken the vehicle to a place resembling carmax? Maybe it is worth more than you think?
Nope, Sell it.. Eat the loss..

Learn from your expiriences..

Honestly, you should have considered size when you purchased the first vehicle..

Especially if here were a slim possibility of a baby

Good luck:D
