I want a home loan?
i am 20 and got a credit score of 710 how easier said than done will it be to get a loan i have two credit cards that are revolving and below 30% of their stricture i have had one for over a year and the other for something like 8 months no late payments at all is it possible

Just before we bought our house, she got a dell card to bring back her score up even more. The home loan market is really frozen right now. Things have changed over the second few months, and the banks are just not feeling like to give out loans. You have a angelic chance with what your aphorism. #1 Make sure you hold money put away that you don't touch... The bank likes to see that you hold $XXXX.xx in the bank first. This be a problem we ran into, we live from paycheck to paycheck. We had no reserves.
#2 Once you have number 1 done. Go to the bank, stick to a particular bank. Get a pre-approval. You are alowed so many a year for a home mortgage, find out from the edge how many your alowed. This will tell you where on earth you stand in things, maybe you don't engineer enough money.. Maybe the bank would similar to to see a co-signer? Who knows but at least this road you know what you need to do or how much you can look for. This also helps, when you progress look at houses. I wil explain in the next step.
#3 Once you attain a amount you can work with, from the bank. Start shopping. (I really suggest finding a realitor, FYI the purveyor pays there fees so they are free for you to use!! Plus they can help you contained by the next few steps) This may take you a while, but pinch as much time as you need. When you find the house you want. You can put an offer on the table. This is why its righteous to have the realitor. Once you put the offer on the table, and you will necessitate money to put the offer down as well. We used as little as $500.00! This tell the seller you are seriouse about buying. If everything is taken thought of, and the seller takes the present (sometimes they nagotiate).
#4 The waiting time... This is when the paper work starts, if you have a worthy team and everything is in the clear it wont give somebody a lift long. But if you buy a older house it may take a while, you will stipulation inspections and other stuff.
#5 The closing... Once your team gets the quality newspaper work done they give you a call to come surrounded by and sign. You get the keys. And can move into your unmarked home.
I would say that hardest parts, are getting the loan started and then waiting for the closing. We get ours pushed as fast as we could.. In and out in 15 days.
