Ok so i got a check in the letters today from a Branson Bank in MO. The check is in my dub and the amount is $4999. They want me to be a mystery shopper and buy a lot of stuff with it. Branson Bank is a TRUE bank but for some reason i smell scam adjectives over it. Any ideas? and how do i find out if this is a scam or not?
Answers: Call that bank and find out. Find them within the yellow pages, don't trust anything sent to you wth phone numbers on it.

I wouldn't trust it but you may want to contact the bank and the BBB and check the legitimacy of the business sending the money. A friend of mine a while back have a similar situation and the business turned out to be legit and because her name was pulled from check out engine database they sent it to her...your call but that is pretty alot of money not to look into it with your eyes open I would be enormously suspicious also. Read the fine print if there is any. Dont cash that check because no lawful organization would just convey that kind of money to a random individual.
If you weren't expecting the check, just cut it up and put in the trash IT IS TROUBLE! SEND THAT CHECK BACK! OMG! DON,T TRUST IT,
