i applied for a credit card online and i got a message saying that i should hear something in 3-4 weeks. i got a call today from them adage they needed to verify my address because there was no copy of it (since i provided a cell phone number they couldn't pull up the address). i asked the lady if i hold been approved and she said it's going through the final steps and i will hear from them in 7-10 business days. does this be determined i've already been approved?
