Debt collector query.?
If you owe let's say ebay money and you are not from USA, can they legally craft you pay up? Secondly, if no one sends me any discern whatsoever, can they start compounding the interest rate?
They accepted my debit card as deposit but since it is a debit card they couldn't take any money, they utter they don't charge unless the goods is sold, few years back I own them 47 dollars, I am not sure what I owe them in a minute, they won't discuss(ebay) how much I owe them because I am not sending an email from the email I owe them but I have canceled that email address as it was my ripened isp. So how do I know how much do I owe them? Since no one send me a make out other than ebay through email, can they legally put interest on the 47 dollars and can interest rate be assignable?
