Credit rack up cross-question?
i have no credit. I was approved to return with a preowned vehicle. the car is a 2001 mitsubishi galant. it is $7995. the only problem be that i have no credit at all. i am 20 next to no credit. they wanted a co signer. my fiance has some credit. his credit chalk up is 685. would he be able to co sign for me to get the coup¨¦?
Answers: THAT IS WAY TO HIGH , EVEN AT 5995 IT'S OVER PRICED . SHOP AROUND -----THERE ARE FAR BETTER DEALS OUT THERE
with no credit and a co-signor with a 685 FICA credit gain you should be approved with a decent rate. If you have bad credit it could be a little harder but should still be approved. I would check kbb.com to see what the motor is worth. 7995. sounds high, but mileage is a big factor. the dealer should present you a carfax, which will give you a history of the car, actual mileage, accident etc.. and check with consumer affairs about the dealer history and reputation. there are a lot of attach ons dealers can sneak into your contract to raise the salary. don't go for these and read the finance contract incredibly carefully. hope this helps and if you own any more car questions I would be well to try and help. if the interest rate is high plenty that you could have bought almost TWO Cars by the time you pay it sour, I would find a car for about 2000.00 and hold a trusted mechanic check it over.
I bought a junker for 300.00 and three years later I'm still driving it, and haven't replaced anything but brakes, and gave it a paint livelihood.
685 is on the border of good.should work.but if something happens to you two,,oh oh/ Honestly If you are going to purchase a sports car and have $2,000.00 to put down>>> just buy a use vehicle for that price instead of financing a car. Don't get yourself surrounded by a use car if you are going to put money down>>> why not just buy a different car and try to get a co-signer beside a higher credit score and not a boyfriend>>> that's a NO NO... too much drama within the long run... With $2,000.00 you can get a decent motor, just shop around, don't fall for purely the 1st one you see or how cute it is... Good luck...
**okay so it's a trade in** well honestly since I made a big mistake buying a use car>>>talk to someone elder and take a man with you to the salesperson (they will see you differently--trust me) and see if something can be arrange, make sure to read all serious newspaper work and if you don't feel comfortable with the transaction--don't sign...
