The cpnheadquarters.com website claims to be able to sell the information involved contained by getting a credit privacy number. How come so many companies out there are charging hundreds to thousands and this website just asked for 49.99? How can it be offered so cheap?

I actually have a friend who have one of these companies show her how to create a CPN and add tradelines to her number. I know she paid lower than $100 for it. After about two months her number was reporting a 714 win. She hasn't actually used the number for anything, but she could probably qualify for any loan she wanted at this point using her CPN.
