Anyone Know Who/Where to Report "Phishing" Attempts?

.
We just received at an underused email account.

Does anyone know if we can forward this to a Federal or State or Something foundation, that tracks this?

ANY Help is appreciated - It's a scary thing to see, for us...

"Forward spam that is to say phishing for information to spam(a)uce.gov and to the company, bank, or organization impersonate in the phishing email. Most organizations hold information on their websites about where to report problems."
Frankly, most places are all right aware of these scams and don't really want or need another example.

The smart item for you do to is NOT open unsolicited email from unknown persons. There is NEVER anything of pro. Opening these scam/spam emails only lets the sender know they enjoy a live email account and you will be flooded with even more spam. Just delete them, unopened.
You should report it to the company i.e. being spoofed. For example, i used to get alot of phishing from ebay and paypal. I reported them to spoof(a)ebay.com/paypal.com every single time and their internal wellbeing took care of the problem.
