A problem near paypal...?

I realized a couple days ago that my credit card had be used on paypal without my consent... I do know who used it and they know or should know better.

I tried to file a dispute on paypal for unauthorized transaction and they didn't confer me the dispute... I don't think I should be paying for something my little sister stole my credit card to buy on my ebay account.

should I try to contact the credit card company subsequent to see if they'll just take it rotten the account? would they do that?

Answers:    Paypal has a history for never individual around when you file disputes.

I would suggest that you call the credit card company and explain to them that the transaction was unauthorized.

Paypal will not do anything to help you.
