I am looking for The SOL on Credit cards debts in NC. I know it is 3 years. Where is it in the NC Gen Statutes?

§1-52.
Within three years an undertaking -
(1) Upon a contract, prerequisite or liability arising out of a contract, express or implied, except those mentioned in the preceding section or within G.S. 1- 53(1).
SOL's singular apply to criminal act. You can't find it because it's not within. NO SOL ON DEBT. If you read the previous poster's rule here is an exception for consumer debt. How else would nearby be coupé loans or mortgages longer than 3 years?
