Internet Purchase, Charged MY Credit Card but NO items or shipment?
I made a purchase second Tuesday (8/21) on an internet site, that be secured. My total purchase be over $170 including the shipping cost which I salaried for Next Day Air UPS. My credit card be charge the subsequent light of day on Aug 22. I be suppose to own recived an email when my items be shipped, also I register near their site so I am suppose to own updates on my vindication here such as tracking and history of purchases. I enjoy not recieved any updates or shipping number. I own email repeatly which on their site they speak they will respond to adjectives emails in 24 hours. I ring up their phone number and it go to a voicemail and they 'supposely appointment you fund'
What do I do? Do I lately hail as my credit card company? I only just can't achieve over the reality they charged my card..and I didn't even carry a messly email. I pratically do all my shopping online and this is the first time this have ever happend to me. Please aid! I am so angry. They shouldn't be allowed to own a buisness..grrrrrrrrrrrrr

I am sure in attendance are some internet sites that accord beside Internet Frauds, so report the luggage to those pple and they will lug guardianship of those unpromising guys.
I also have a problem some years final near a guy but this be though ebay, and they hold such a department to agreement near this issue, so mine be trouble-free.
The other entity is to distribute an email though 'contact us' clause on their website and any Fax, but be paid sure to own a copy of such emails, faxes. This will receive your travel case easier.

Did you receive a confirmation email for your purchase? Online purchases are supposed to come beside confirmation emails. The decree number that you see on the confirmation page (not confirmation email) is not sufficient proof for your purchase. There should be a confirmation email somewhere. The email also serves as your confirmation bill.
It's best to appointment your credit card company to own the transaction canceled. You might as in good health want to report the incidence to the Better Business Bureau.
