Ex-husband not holding up his financial winding up of divorce regulation. Help!!?
My husband and I not long divorced and since later he hasn't be making the motor payments. The divorce act states that he is subject to the indebtedness of the motor. We both signed for the coup¨¦ originally. Chrysler Financial keep calling me (since they can't draw from ahold of him) and "reminding" me that they haven't received the July and August payments. They voice the divorce rule (issued by the court) way nought to them and that I am still responsible for the vehicle. I enjoy told them to repossess the saloon every single time they telephone me but they articulate they can't however. Today I told them to repossess the saloon and later telephone call me and agree to me know how much is vanished and I would settle that and sue my ex contained by court after that (my divorce act allows it). I will be conversation to my advocate tomorrow, but I be simply wanting to bounce this issue past its sell-by date of someone else, too. Does anyone own any counsel or be surrounded by this situation. Thanks contained by mortgage.

Well Chrysler is correct your divorce act is worthless to them and they are not reasonably bound by it.
Why contained by the world do you want a repossession on your credit? If Chrysler take the vehicle (they hold to lurk until you enjoy missed three payments) the repossession will show on both your ex husbands credit and yours since the loan be co-signed.
Even if you can sue your ex and win this will trash your credit for the subsequent 7-years.
Why don't you cart the motor posterior and try and supply it back this happen?
