Can a Partial return renew a debt SOL?
Lets speak someone have a debt that go into evasion, singular make partial payments and never make the depiction current. Credit Card for example. Does the SOL begin on the first breach (late and never brought current), or does it renew next to small partial payments? In surrounded by NC. Cant find a statute or anything. Thanks!!

Oral 3 yrs, Written 3 yrs, Promissory 5 yrs, Open-ended Acct 3 yrs, State Statute ยง1-52(1)
