I owe Bank of America 1600 dollars. I haven't made a payoff on that credit card for a year due to depression and some financial hardship. I know it go to a collection agency and in a minute the debt is at some firm representing themselves as a tenet firm. I've avoided their phone call for a month but they finally departed a message aphorism they be going to pursue litigation against me unless I call by 9pm to settle. I call and they are demanding a third of it by Friday or they will "close the case" and convey it to litigation. They said that I would enjoy a sheriff serve me a summons, that I would enjoy my wages garnish and that I would own to rate upwards of 5000 dollars for court costs, fees, etc. It seem to me someone vanished a message going on for making a final edict by 2pm that morning, so possibly this is merely another fabrication. What should I do? I don't own the money to be paid any payments right in a minute or to repay for a advocate. Thanks.
