Im looking to move into my first apartment. My credit score are ok...but?

My score are 629 and 620. I would approaching to know if apartment complexes look at adjectives three score? I call this one place i close to and she said they use a third carnival to review your credit application& rental history. ( I own never have an apartment) and later they come vertebrae near an answer similar to, Denied, first months rent, 2 months rent, or co-signer. I cant bring back a co-signer so i hope that my score are ok. and they look at adjectives three. Can any one grant some comfort?

You should consider repairing your credit for adjectives apps.
You requirement a credit history. Have you ever have a credit card? Have you ever bought a car? These things oblige your credit rating. 600 to 630 is ok, but not great. What is your history of credit? If adjectives else fail find a friend or better a relly to cosign.
I don't know much almost credit score, but I would find a co-signer whose credit is righteous. Then I would be honest around your credit issues, beside whomever you are looking to lease the apartment from. Explain that you made some mistakes, but you are competent to pay packet the rent in good time.

You might also want to look into credit counseling only just to see what you can do to increase your chalk up. And for the adjectives, lately income your bills prompt.
I am not sure from your post but it sounds resembling you enjoy gotten a denial memo already so ask exactly why you enjoy be denied and see if you can fix the article i.e. hurting the most.

Apply for a mom and pop rental that does not necessarily do credit reports .
Apartment complexes will do the credit report .
Also check next to the stand organization and see if they enjoy any recommendation for housing friendly to GIs .

FYI > nearly adjectives rentals , even near biddable FICO , require 1st month , later month and a collateral deposit usually equal to another months rent .
