Visa payment card?
my aunt give me a visa contribution card and she get it from a shopping arcade, but where on earth it should read out the signature of the card holder it say the mark of the precinct and below it grant card receiver what should i put down as the label on paypal or doesn`t matter what i am using?

Are you sure it's a VISA contribution card? Visa endowment cards look similar to a credit or debit card beside number embossed on the front and will work duplicate and should enjoy the character's identify printed on it as very well. You may want to give the name the number on the backbone if you're not sure.
If it is indeed a visa payment card that newly have generic info on it, later put down what doesn`t matter what is where on earth your dub might be, near out seeing it, I would guess it would be the "offering card recipient".
