I appointment again then to the department , and the guy name Tokunaga said . subsequent is i entail to convey them 40,000 yen so that i can recieved the card this august 15.. i smell it be i get cheated .. so i told them to supply me wager on my money.. and replied yes but it will be on the month of october..im sure i`ve get fooled near this ppl.. approaching to announced it to adjectives citizens aroung surrounded by Japan..thank you.
