If cosigner for house files collapse...will i lose the house?
If my sister cosigns for a house and then subsequently files chapter 13 will we lose the house? her credit is still good so she could cosign for us but she is getting primed to have surgery and beside all of the medical bills she is pretty sure she will enjoy to file a chapter 13 next on down the road, like a year or so. gratefulness also we qualify for FHA and VA loans, but we have horrible credit starting to recuperate. thanks surrounded by advance
