Answers:
Taken from the MSN article "5 population who check your credit"
"When you're applying for a available job, potential employer can verbs your credit report as long as they notify you first. And, within certainty, something like 35% of them do, according to the Society for Human Resource Management. Why? Bad credit can be a signal of irresponsibility, or employer might be worried you'll spend more time fretting nearly your financial woes than concentrating on the chore."

they don't
Some occupation require this to see if you would be considered at risk for financial bad behaviour. If you hold a brawny debt nouns and tardy recompense they mull over you would be more probable to embezzle than another opening challenger would be.
Potentially at hand is the conception that someone who is not responsible near their own credit will also be irresponsible on the charge. In addendum they want to ensure someone minus financial hardship is working for them, so that the lure to steal isn't near. Finally any record transactions/events abet to prove a human being is who he or she claims to be.
Either style, I've never see any study that shows this truly works as intended.
