Does anyone own any hypothesis how easy/difficult it is to attain approved for the "True Earnings Card"...?

... the one from Costco and American Express? I know AE is supposedly the most difficult card to receive... is the True Earnings Card purely as difficult as the rest of the AE cards to qualify for?
