OK, so here's the issue and I'm none too content going on for this.
On August 2, 2007, I go to a HSBC branch to label a check grant for my August bill that be due. Apparently, the money be never applied because a couple (or few) weeks after that, I checked my vindication online and in attendance be a postponed allowance applied surrounded by supplement to the article going into collection.
When I inquired near the company, they asked that I step to the branch and draw from proof of recompense from them - I have a taking and mentioned it but that wasn't correct ample. They required a notification from the branch representative identify that giving be made. So I did. Further information be consequently required contained by the form of my cancelled check. I go to my hill to request a copy of the cancelled check and they give it to me. My mound further verified that the funds have be withdrawn from my checking commentary. HSBC's stamp be on the rear of the check so THEY cashed it. (cont'd)

This is utterly ridiculous! Try wachovia bill pay- I own never have any such problems and it is free! I abominate that they don't convenience you satisfactory to know that you do not hold time for this crap!
