I know the phone call to bt are apain but bt.com is smooth. and you enjoy to remember even if you switch providers bt still own the stripe. and I would suggest keeping your cool when dealing next to them as strange and unusual problems may occure when you lose it. Then eventually i get through solely to be transfered again & put on hold for another hour.
