Cashier's check made out and be cancelled?
I be issued a casheris check and deposited into my depiction and they placed a stop reimbursement. Why??

Probably because it be FAKE.
Cashiers checks are not "safe" anymore... especially if it be the result of any email you received to work for someone or launder money into or out of the USA.
