How do inhabitants rip past its sell-by date credit cards in need person dragged to court?

Dont know it is pretty risky, but if you are a deadbeat near no errand living near your ma, no assets, dont supervision give or take a few you credit win later stop paying your bills they will not even bother taking you to court they will of late piss your ma till dusk till down beside phone call.
