Fraud and paypal dealer sent zilch?
Fraud and paypal hawker sent zilch . Hey Guys the other sunshine i bought something for 300.00 usd and the merchant did not dispatch anything and i tried contacting him and nil . Is at hand anything i can do besides making a claim which take 30 days near paypal ?
